I got my butt up this morning and did a 20-minute walk/jog, and it was still DARK outside. You proud of me?? Sure you are!
I didn't do so well with my eating on the weekend, but this is not going to stand in my way. I know that in order to push through and lose more than what I've been averaging since Christmas (500-800 grams a week) I have got to stick to the Wendie Plan for the rest of this week and to my new lower points intake of 18 a day as well as exercise.
I said the dreaded word, but it is true.
I can do this.
I have decided that there will be no excuses. I will apply to be this year's WW Slimmer of The Year. I can't let anything stand in my way.
Thanks to all of you for getting behind me with this. Your support is so crucial because I am feeling high and on top of the world right now, but I know there will be days that I will feel like giving up the fight when I will start thinking it is just to hard and I know I will be going back and reading all your wonderful encouraging comments.
So far so good. And of course I am just so excited I can hardly wait for the week to finish so I can see some great results.

And Michele sent me.
You are doing so well that's inspiring!
I'm going to add you to my links because like you, I'm struggling to lose weight and keep it off and from what I've already read, I'd like to be able to keep in touch and lend you encouragement and cheer you on as you keep on with your journey!
See you again soon!
And good job on getting up and walking... that sure wasn't happening around here today!!! Talk about UGLY weather!!! I'll take it (as long as I am at home!!!)
Have a great day!!
Michele sent me this time, and I'll be back on my own to check on your progress and cheer you on.
and Hi! Michele sent me! I *love* the look of your blog.
I was only here the other day and here I am back again! Getting up when it is dark and going and doing exercise really is something..., especially when you know that it seems as if the rest of the world is tucked tightly still in a warm bed! Well done. Well done indeed...
You're amazing! I'm reading about you and finding you're fabulous!
Congrats on the weight loss.
Weight Watchers is terrific. I am so proud of how close you are to your goal.
I have just myself renewed my commitment to exercising at least 30 minutes every day, and if I skip a day, I'll stretch out instead.
I'm also going to re-join WW in May!
You are an inspiration...
Well done on the exercise thing. Getting up before the dawn is a challenge! As we say over here in NZ, "good on yah mate!"
